Welcome to Skyttehusets Outdoor Camp!
We are your hosts here at Skyttehusets Outdoor Camp and we look forward to meeting you all at our fantastic camping site.
We are passionate campers ourselves and love the camping life. However, our caravan has been sold as we are privileged to lease what we consider Denmark’s best-located campsite.
We take great pleasure in being hosts and ensuring that you have an experience beyond the ordinary.
Betina grew up in the tourism industry and has worked for many years both in the sales office and out at various destinations. She has also been assistant manager at a large restaurant in Vejle. Since 2018, she has run two different campsites.
Flemming is a trained carpenter and construction technician. Since 2013, he has been a vocational teacher in carpentry, but he has always supported and helped Betina in her tourism work and since 2018 at the campsites as well.
From the takeover in 2024, Betina & Flemming will both be full-time hosts here at Skyttehuset.
Privately, we have been a couple since 1996 and have two adult sons, Nicolai and Tobias, who will also be part of the team here at Skyttehuset.
Nicolai works as a carpenter at a large carpenter company here in Central Jutland and therefore only helps out in his spare time with the green areas and the Solar Ferry.
Tobias is eager to become a police officer and is waiting to join the military. During the 2025 season, he is employed full-time in the café, reception, and shop.

In 2020, Skyttehusets Outdoor Camp won “Danish Campsite of the Year” in the Outdoor category.
In 2024, we were nominated for “Danish Campsite of the Year” in the Experiences category. We achieved a fine 5th place.
