A kayaking trip on Søerne gives you the opportunity to explore hidden coves and beautiful landscapes from a unique perspective, where tranquility and adventure go hand in hand. It’s a fantastic way to unwind and get up close to nature.

NOTE. It is not possible to put your own boat, canoe, kayak, SUP, or anything else in the water from the campsite unless you are an overnight camper at the site.

You must be able to swim to rent our kayaks.

Available kayaks

Kayak for 1 person (adult)

Stable and super-comfortable sea kayak of good quality. If you can show an IPP2 certificate, you’ll get a spraydeck for the trip. Life jacket and paddle are included in the price.

Hourly rate (first 4 hours): 150,-
Full day (over 4 hours): 500,-

Kayak for 2 people (adults)

Can you row in sync? Try a trip in our stable 2-person kayak – it’s world-class fun 🙂 Life jackets and paddles are included in the price.

Hourly rate: 200,-
Full day: 600,-

Kayak for children (< 50 kg)

Should junior come along on the lake, a lightning-fast, bright green kayak is just the thing 🙂 Children’s kayaks are only rented when accompanied by adults. Life jacket and paddle are included in the price.

Hourly rate: 75,-
Full day: 300,-

Family kayak

max 3 people

Extremely stable, sit-on-top kayak for short trips or fun on the water… mostly for the warmer days as you might get a bit wet on the rear 🙂 Life jackets and paddles are included in the price.

Our values

Presence & Cozy in fantastic nature

Our campsite is located in the middle of nature, in the forest and by the water. It is a small site with beautiful surroundings.

Many of our guests come back again and again because it is beautiful, scenic, and not least cozy. Our values are to create a place with coziness and presence in our very beautiful and scenic surroundings. There should be room for everyone here, and it is therefore important that we consider each other.

We want to provide high service and wish to be your hosts instead of making a lot of prohibitions. If you desire peace and quiet, then Skyttehuset Outdoor Camp is definitely a fantastic destination for you.

However, you should be aware that during the season we hold some music events, where we enjoy good music on the terrace. The events can be seen in our event calendar, and all music ends at 10 PM.
